Attuned Body Fitness Philosophy
Changing our fitness level is really about changing our lives, even if in small ways. Let's face it, this can be difficult. In the challenge to start and stick with a new program, results are the best motivation. Attuned Body Fitness delivers results because it is individual, attainable, and sustainable.
There are hundreds of workouts that will feel difficult and make you sweat, but are they really effective? Attuned Body Fitness is about strategically working both smart and hard. We see results most quickly when the body is functioning in alignment, and when there is a strong mind/body connection.
This is why I create a potent program specifically for each client mixing whatever elements they need most. From Classical Pilates, to dynamic fat burning movements, to specific muscle defining movements, to corrective exercises for injury prevention and improved posture, I arrange the best combination for each person. Every session emphasizes presence of mind to ensure you are getting the most benefit.
