Attuned Body Fitness with Tracy Kinell is fitness that delivers results because it is individual, attainable, and sustainable. Changing our fitness level is really about changing our lives, even if in small ways. Let's face it, this can be difficult. In the challenge to start and stick with a new program, Tracy knows results are the best motivation.
 
There are hundreds of workouts that will feel difficult and make you sweat, but are they really effective? Attuned Body Fitness is about strategically working both hard and smart. We see results most quickly when the body is functioning in alignment, and when there is a strong mind/body connection. This is why Tracy creates a potent program specifically for each client combining fat burning, muscle defining, and corrective exercises. Every session strongly emphasizes presence of mind to ensure you are getting the most benefit. 
 
Working out is going to be challenging regardless, so why not make every movement count! Attuned Body Fitness will quickly have you on the way to changing the way you look, and just as importantly changing the way you feel.  
 
Currently re-certifying with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Tracy has been a personal trainer for over six years. Tracy is also a Classic New York Style Pilates instructor, completing her training with Jill Cassidy in 2004.
